THE OFFICE

President & General Manager

David Benoit

David has been been a part of ServiceMaster family for over twenty years, starting with residential cleaning in Vancouver. David expanded the firm's focus of the company from carpet cleaning to janitorial and exterior cleaning. He soon bought the business, and grew it to its present size. He loves technology and is constantly pushing to apply new systems to improve the level of service to customers. He is always readily accessible and is constantly interacting with clients to meet their needs and their concerns. Out of the office, David is an avid sportsman, having played rugby, squash, tennis and golf competitively for much of his life.

AGM & Account Manager

Fredy Cayta

Fredy has worked at ServiceMaster Clean Residential since 2006. His worked the first four years as a carpet cleaning technician, which he then transitioned to become an account manager for the floorcare division since 2010. For both positions he has shown consistent dedication to his work. His years as a field technician is a definite asset: he possesses a deep technical knowledge of the industry. Fredy usually can provide an authoritative answer to a client quickly, which will resolve their problem. He is also an avid outdoorsman, and can be frequently found paddle boarding, hiking and camping all along the West Coast with his family.

Account Manager

Rachel Hart

Rachel is the exterior division account manager. She handles all of the ventilation, window cleaning, pressure washing and building envelope cleaning. She initially joined ServiceMaster Clean as a field technician, and holds a level 3 SPRAT, the highest rating possible to obtain. Due to her excellent technical knowledge and great customer service skills Rachel became an account manager in 2014. She routinely surprises clients with the expertise she brings to the job, offering expert answers to tough questions. Originally hailing from Manitoba she is extremely passionate about health and fitness, playing a number of sports and practicing Yoga.

Account Manager

Angel Cividanes

Angel is the janitorial account manager. The quality most people would use to describe him is his passion for everything he involves himself in. You are unlikely to meet a person more concerned and dedicated to making the customer happy than Angel. He is always on top of of your concerns and will go the extra mile to provide the best service possible. Angel is a rugby fanatic, due to having played and coached on a number of high level teams in Argentina and British Columbia. Furthermore, he is an avid reader of history, and can often be seen reading a book on any number of topics.

General Manager of Sea to Sky

Stephen Fryer

Stephen is the General Manager of the Whistler and Squamish, and a lifelong resident of the area. He started working for the firm as a summer job when he was 16, and became a full time employee when he finished high school. He later worked for a major property management firm and an insurance adjuster in the area before returning back to ServiceMaster. Stephen brings a wealth of knowldge and determination to ensure our clients get the best possible outcome. His long association with ServiceMaster, as well as representing residential and commercial customers as a property manager and adjuster, allows him to understand all sides of any agreement.

Office Manager

Agatha Castillo

Agatha has been with ServiceMaster Clean since 2009. Throughout her time with the company, she played various roles, from logistics to managing everyday administrative duties. She has drastically grown over the years and has learnt the business, which allowed her to transition over to the office manager role. With her familiarity with the industry, her exceptional knowledge of everyday office operations, and her experiences throughout the years – this makes Agatha an important asset to the company. Other than being remarkable at work, she loves her books, arts and crafts, and enjoys planning events.

Exterior Operations Manager

Slavko Buncic

Slavko is our exterior operations manager and has been part of the ServiceMaster family for seven years. He has assumed plenty of positions within his seven-year tenure. Like Fredy, he started as a floorcare technician, and after a few years he then decided to switch over to work in the exterior division. His work ethic is second to none, and his years of experience in both of the fields makes him a valuable member of the team. As Slavko resumes the position of our exterior operations manager, he continually exceeds our expectations. When he is not in the office, his hobbies consist of cooking, watching movies, and travelling.

Floorcare Operations Manager

John Ramirez

John is our newest member and the baby of the family. He has taken the role of managing our technicians in the floorcare division and has been a splendid addition to the team. Furthermore, John handles our enitre business to consumer department, from revenue, marketing, and all the way to providing quotes. He has a very pleasant personality and a respectful attitude towards our clients, externally and within. John is not your average millennial, he is the modern “Chris Gardner” – he doesn’t know all the answers, but he certainly knows how to find it. As he always says, “smooth seas never made skilled sailors”. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman, and very much into photography.

Janitorial Operations Manager

Luis Frenandez

Luis has been a part of the ServiceMaster Clean family since September of 2015. In his former position, he previously worked as a building manager for a different company and carried that career path for several years until he decided a change was needed. Luis brought over his knowledge, skills, years of experience in the field, and applied it to our janitorial division. He is now leading our janitorial division with Angel, and we couldn’t be happier and ask for a better fit to run our operations for the janitorial business. Luis also knows how to have fun. He is fanatical about music, and he is an avid concert attendee – and his all-time favourite music artist is Phil Collins.

Customer Success Manager

Marlon Castillo

Marlon joined our team in early 2017. He initially started as a receptionist, handling inquiries for all the company's service lines. He since then moved up to operations and logistics for both our property management and business to consumer division. Marlon has a great attitude towards work, he does what he says he’s going to do, and he is very professional in handling all types of scenarios. With a very affable personality, he now undertakes the position of our Customer Success Manager, making sure that all our clienteles are successful in using our services. Marlon possesses a lot of hobbies outside of work, that’s why he calls himself “jack of all trades, master of none.”

Accounting Administrator

Chris Angulo

Chris is our accounting administrator and has been with the ServiceMaster Clean family since February of 2018. He holds a bachelor’s in technology of accounting degree from BCIT and has plans to pursue his CPA in the near future. At a young adult age, Chris shows more than often that he is more matured than his time – he is very dedicated to his work, analyzes situations, and calculates risk prior to proceeding. He is very methodical in all that he does and is a very multifaceted individual. Chris absolutely loves to keep his physique in check, therefore developed a passion for fitness. You can certainly find him at the gym after ‘crunching’ numbers all day.
